Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented European Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our sales operations across the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) distribution network.

The role involves coordinating with distributors, supporting account management activities, and ensuring smooth execution of sales and Marketing activities across multiple European markets.

this role is a truly pan-European role in a Matrix organization.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Regional KAMs in connexion to the Market Management, assisting in the preparation of Commercial and Marketing presentation

  • Providing support to the RKAMs when responding to customers’ queries

  • Supporting internal reporting and preparing presentations in English for management, as well as conducting competitive analysis

  • Acting as an interface and maintaining close relationships with support departments (Marketing, Customer Service, sales team, etc.)

  • Contributing to the development of decision-support tools (analysis, pricing studies, and dashboards)

  • Participating in the organization of trade shows and marketing/commercial follow-up

  • Supporting the enrichment and optimization of key accounts’ e-commerce websites and Portal (E-Commerce deliverables, images, content, SEO, etc )

Job requirements

  • Education level: Business School – Bachelor’s degree +4/5 (Master’s level)

  • Experience in sales support, Digital Marketing and E-commerce

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a strong advantage

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a matrix and international environment

  • Driving license

Additional Information

  • Location : Alfortville (94)

  • Apprenticeship contract only (no professional training contract or internship)

  • Duration: 2 years starting ideally June 26

  • Preferred schedule: 1 week at school / 3 weeks in the company

  • Please specify your alternation schedule when applying

  • Salary: according to the applicable pay scale

  • 50% reimbursement of transportation costs
