Job description

Reporting to the Industrial Distribution division, and more specifically to the France-Benelux team within the European Key Accounts team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of commercial negotiation files with our European key account clients (formalization and deployment of the commercial strategy)

  • Supporting the Regional Key Account Manager in responding to tenders and contracts in collaboration with the legal department

  • Supporting internal reporting and preparing presentations in English for international management, as well as conducting competitive analyses

  • Acting as an interface and maintaining close relationships with support departments (Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, Technical, etc.)

  • Contributing to the development of decision-making tools (analysis, pricing studies, dashboards)

  • Participating in the organization and marketing/commercial follow-up of trade shows

  • Supporting the optimization and enrichment of key account e-commerce websites (e-commerce deliverables, images, texts, SEO, etc.), as well as tracking operational actions and reporting

  • Participating in operational marketing activities (updating and enhancing web pages, goodies, promotions, customer data, product launch presentations)

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Business School – Bac +4/5 equivalent)

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  • Good level of English required

  • Interest in key account sales and marketing

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills

  • Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven

  • Analytical and synthesis skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a matrix and international environment

Additional Information

  • Apprenticeship contract (no professionalization contract or internship

  • Duration: 1 or 2 years starting September 2026

  • Preferred schedule: 1 week at school / 3 weeks in the company
