Job description

Purpose of the position:

Deliver equitable and competitive compensation programs that enable tesa to be an employer of choice for their current and potential employees.

Lead, develop, harmonize, coordinate, implement the Compensation and Reward program within Europe region in alignment with the Global Center of Expertise (COE).

Position content (core accountabilities, strategic responsibilities, key activities):

·        Lead all aspects of compensation and benefits for the Europe region, aligned with global Total Rewards guidelines and practices

·        Lead the design, development, and execution of a comprehensive, market competitive, modern, total rewards strategy that supports culture and business strategy and allows the business to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

·        Design and implement attractive reward and recognition programs and progressive compensation infrastructure

·        Cooperate closely with Corporate HR, seek for improvements/projects to be implemented in Europe

·        Lead the annual pay review and VAP process within the region

·        Manage job evaluation process for the positions in Europe, provide framework for generic job profiles

·        Lead strategic projects including building the global compensation strategy and framework

·        Drive harmonization, develop regional guidelines for Europe

·        Establish People analytics function and drive utilization of data to support business decisions

·        Steer HR Controlling activities in alignment with Regional FiCo

Job requirements

·        Master degree in HR, Finance or Economics

·        Familiarity with region/country market best practices and keep abreast of the latest developments in the field at a regional level.  Wide experience including base pay, short- and long-term incentive programs and benefits program design

·        Experience from working with remuneration models, bonus schemes, pension, insurance issues and benefit plans

·        Proven knowledge of job evaluation methodologies

·        Demonstrable ability to work and communicate effectively as a senior business partner with senior stakeholders and clients to successfully develop and implement plans, programs, and policies

·        Solid experience in change processes and acting as a change agent able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

·        Proactive and generate new ideas, opportunities, outside-in thinking

·        Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking and market understanding

·        Solution oriented, drive & deliver action,

·        Fluent language skills in English, Success Factor, Project Management, MsOffice, Korn Ferry / HAY job evaluation expertise
