Supply Planning Specialist at tesa

We are seeking a Supply Planning Specialist to join our Business Operations/Supply Chain department at tesa. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to our customers.

Summary : Enable a high quality and professional supply planning process in assigned cluster by on time full execution of supply planning activities. Contribute to the European continuous improvement journey and participate in European supply planning expert community.

The Supply Planning Specialist plays a crucial role, ensuring the smooth flow of our supply chain operations. Tasks include:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop supply plans

  • Monitor inventory levels and optimize supply chain processes

  • Manage full subcontracting process and service meetings, including order creation, material flow, and inventory checks

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain

Job requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years experience in supply planning or related role.

3. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel skills combined with knowledge of inventory management principles

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
