Commercial Development of Nordic Key Accounts within Distribution

In this position, you will drive further commercialization of tesa, with our Key Partners in the Industrial Distribution segment, focusing on the Nordic region. We expect you to “hit the ground running” and make an impact already from the first weeks.

You will work in close cooperation with our Nordic Sales Manager, the Nordic Sales Team and our European colleagues, supporting you to succeed in the role.

Your strategic responsibility will be:

  • Increase sales and manage profitability of Key Accounts, with key focus on commercializing the business.
  • Implement the European segment strategy at Key Accounts
  • Together with the Sales Manager build and lead the accounts and the annual budget targets to support the deployment of the Key Account plan
  • Lead the strategic development of the Key Accounts by setting sales, growth and profitability targets together with the Sales Manager
  • Identity new opportunities, manage & implement projects and sales pipeline

Job requirements

We expect you to be a strong communicator, capable of commercializing technical solutions at various levels in our partner organizations, making it easier for them to support their customers & grow the cooperation. With your natural drive and proactive & structured approach you ensure our partners get the highest level of attention, both at HQ and in the field.

The ideal candidate also:

  • Has at least 5 years of commercial background (preferably experience working with distributors)
  • Is an expert negotiator, looking to find the best solution for the involved parties
  • Has a strong digital mindset and capabilities (incl. Office 365 applications)
  • Is naturally open minded and takes an agile approach
  • Is motivated on your own, as your work base will be from home
  • Has excellent language & presentation skills in Norwegian &/or Swedish and English
  • Is ready to travel for up to 50 days a year
