Then you might be the candidate we are looking for, to further commercialize our technical & sustainable adhesive solutions, with a dedicated focus on industrial tesa business.

Industrial business development

In this position, you will drive further industrial business growth of tesa, in line with the company strategy, and commercialize our innovative & sustainable solutions. We expect to be seeing your contributions from the first month onward.

You will work in close cooperation with sales team Poland & Baltics, our marketing team and other European colleagues, supporting you to succeed in this role.


Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Increase sales and market share with portfolio of assigned customers, with maximum focus on Key Accounts
  • Maintain and expand the customer relationship and build the mutual trust with the aim of achieving company targets
  • Identity new opportunities on the market and successfully commercialize it by working actively on new & project based potentials
  • Drive strategic business development at our Trade Partners and big industrial manufacturers around Poland
  • Constantly provide feedback about market needs and new opportunities, identify gaps and close them by acquiring new customers
  • Manage projects, requests and claims; maintain accurate customer & project data within the CRM system

Job requirements

Expert communicator and strong commercial approach

We expect you to be a strong communicator, capable of commercializing technical solutions at various levels in our partner organizations, making it easier for them to support their customers & grow the cooperation. With your natural drive and proactive, structured approach you ensure our partners receive the highest level of attention at all levels of the organization, from the executive board to the sales field.


The ideal candidate:

  • Has at least 5 years of commercial background in an international environment (preferably with experience working with industrial distributors)
  • Is an excellent communicator, capable of build strong relationship on different levels at complex organizations
  • Is a strong negotiator who can develop business and find the best solution for all parties, even in difficult situations
  • Is highly self-motivated and proactive
  • Is naturally open-minded and takes an agile approach
  • Has a strong digital mindset and capabilities (inc. Office 365 applications)
  • Is proficient in Polish and has excellent English language and presentation skills
  • Is ready to travel for up to 60% of the time
  • Preferred location due to customer assignments is the southeast part of Poland
