Are you an experienced Senior Account Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a multinational team?

We are one of the world’s leading manufacturers of self-adhesive products for industry, trade, professional craftsmen and consumers. The more than 6500 products developed and produced by tesa are marketed in over 100 countries. We assist our end consumers in their creative everyday activities and help them to ease everyday life. In the automotive, paper printing and electronic segments, we cooperate closely with our customers in the development of manufacturing processes and finished products. As one of the world’s market leaders, our intention is to continue growing in the future. And how do you see your future?

In this role, you will be responsible for the Modern Trade DIY consumer market. Your daily work will be managing, finding and developing current business, managing projects, coordinating collaborations with business creation and engagement, and setting qualitative and quantitative goals. You will pursue tesa product development mostly in Czech and you’ll have Slovakiavas well in the construction and renovation Modern Trade market.

This position is perfect for you, if you:

  • Would like to gain insight to not just the Czech market, but also to the European
  • Like to focus on managing the current business, but also enjoy developing it
  • Speak English and Czech in a professional level


  • Conducting annual negotiations with key accounts in Czech and Slovakia
  • Developing and implementing annual action plans for the assigned accounts
  • Maintaining regular contact with international Key Account Managers and adopting international strategies
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies
  • Managing and guiding the sales representative and merchandising teams
  • Managing existing business relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and preparing regular reports for management

Job requirements


  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager in the Czech, or Slovak DIY market
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with international stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently
  • Native Czech speaker, Fluent in English and understand Slovak language
