Job description

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for sales leadership and customer success? We’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Industrial Trade and Converting business in Poland and the Baltic countries – being also in close contact with the Europe team in a matrix organization. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving growth, building strong customer partnerships (with our distributors, converters, direct customers) and leading a high-performing sales team to success.

What You’ll Do

  • Take full ownership of sales growth and profitability within your assigned territory and customer portfolio

  • Lead, coach, and develop a cross-border sales team, setting clear goals and ensuring high performance through regular feedback and field coaching

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives, including pricing, product launches, and assortment strategies

  • Ensure high-quality CRM usage across the team to drive data-based decision-making and pipeline management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Demand Planning, Finance, Customer Support) to improve forecasting, resolve escalations, and enhance customer experience

  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and new product offerings by gathering market insights and customer feedback

Job requirements

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 5+ years of senior sales and marketing experience, ideally in an international and matrixed organization

  • 3+ years of experience in leading and developing sales teams

  • Proven track record in designing and executing sales strategies and driving business development

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and native or fluent Polish, additional languages are a plus

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

  • A true team player & driver of owned topics

  • Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and digital sales tools

  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for customer success and team development

  • Preferred location is the central part of Poland (e.g. Warsow, Lodz or surroundings ) #remote
