At tesa, we are looking for an experienced and people-focused Sales Manager to lead our Retail & Professional business across the Nordics and the UK. In this role, you will have full commercial responsibility for delivering sales growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and developing a high-performing sales team.

 

As a member of the European Sales Management Team, you will play a key role in shaping our commercial direction and ensuring we achieve our ambitious growth targets.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Key Account Managers and Field Sales Managers.

  • Drive sales growth, profitability and execution across retail and professional channels.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, business plans and customer growth initiatives.

  • Build strong customer partnerships and support key negotiations.

  • Ensure effective account planning, forecasting and budget management.

  • Drive a data-led sales approach using CRM and other commercial tools.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, category development, demand planning and customer support teams.

  • Contribute to the overall success of the Nordic & UK sales team.

Job requirements

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.

  • 7+ years of successful sales experience, including leadership responsibility.

  • At least 3 years of people management experience.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver results.

  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Customer-focused with a passion for building long-term partnerships.

  • A pragmatic, self-driven leader with a strong "make it happen" mindset.

  • Fluent in one Scandinavian language.

  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
