Job description

As the Regional Key Account Manager for Industrial Trade & Converting Europe, you will be instrumental in driving the next phase of growth with our top partners in the MRO B2B distribution sector. This strategic role supports our ambition to expand our presence across Europe, leveraging a focused key account approach, driving effective local sales execution and implementing digitally driven MRO marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex strategic accounts and partnerships, with a strong emphasis on digital collaboration and business model alignment.

  • Develop and execute tailored strategies for selected regional key accounts to deepen engagement, strengthen customer relationships, and unlock new business opportunities.

  • Take full ownership of key account planning and ensure the effective implementation of development activities.

  • Lead geographic expansion efforts by guiding and empowering local sales teams dedicated to the MRO business.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing to drive growth initiatives and support innovative go-to-market strategies.

  • Contribute to the innovation pipeline, supporting new product development and advancing digital marketing and sales processes.

  • Directly impact our 2030 targets, including significant profitable PNS growth and enhanced market coverage.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, engineering or a related field.

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience, ideally within a multinational environment. Experience in digital marketing is a plus.

  • Strong commercial acumen and customer orientation, with proven digital proficiency.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Advanced negotiation, presentation, and pitching abilities.

  • Fluency in English, French, and German.

  • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe to engage with key partners (ideally based in Central Europe with good transport connections) #remote
