Seeking a Quality Specialist in Prague!

What You’ll do:

  • Ensure the organization's compliance with quality standards, managing audits, and driving customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. In addition, promoting sustainability and coordinating regulatory affairs.

  • Define scheme and manage internal audits and support external audits

  • Perform audits on suppliers, converters, warehouses, and logistics providers

  • Manage customer audits and assess compliance with requirements

  • Facilitate the organization to act according to the processes described in the respective parts of the Quality Management System

  • Manage process document control and ensure up-to-date documentation

  • Evaluate and manage customer-specific requirements, provide documentation if needed

  • Contribute to the content of customer satisfaction surveys

  • Collect and evaluate customer scorecards.

  • Support product change notifications and customer special requirements.

  • Issue quality statements and certificates of conformity.

  • Maintain IMDS/CAMDS databases and manage shelf-life statements.

  • Manage PCF declarations and customer sustainability surveys.

  • Support regulatory affairs coordination.

  • Manage local packaging taxes and declarations.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years’ experience in similar field

  • Good English language, German considered as a plus

  • Knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies (e.g., IATF16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5)

  • Experience in preparing for or conducting internal and external audits

  • Proficient in data analysis and using relevant tools (e.g., Excel, statistical software).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and sustainability practices is preferred.

  • Familiarity with customer-specific requirements and expectations.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

  • Continuous improvement mindset and commitment to quality excellence.
