Job description

The Marketing Manager Specialized Trade leads and drives the implementation of all local marketing and category related activities to grow awareness, market shares and purchase for B2B and B2C target groups with focus on the Craftsmen channels (Decoration Trade, Building Merchants and Hardware Trade) across the assigned geography (East North Europe: Poland, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Czech Republic). As Marketing Manager Specialized Trade, you will primarily focus on offline activities in trade marketing and collaborate with Sales and Customers to ensure the best implementation of marketing activities in your area.

We work in a 60/40 hybrid work model. Three days a week, you'll work and collaborate with the team in person at our modern office in Grunwald, Poznań. You'll also have the freedom to work remotely from home for two days each week.

Job requirements

Your main tasks & responsibilities are:

• Define and align the yearly marketing plan according to the strategy
• Plan, organize, monitor and steer all marketing activities (offline & online) for the responsible categories
• Take full responsibility of the marketing budget for your assigned field
• Create strong and attractive commercial packages (presentations, promotions, argumentations, merchandising etc.) to ensure successful launches in coordination with the Marketing Craftsmen Team, Bussines Units and Sales
• Develop specific sales and merchandising material in order to achieve standardized execution at Point of Sales (POS) and planograms
• Ensure in collaboration with the marketing teams and external agencies the localization and adaptation of offline and online content
• Join Sales Team during customer visits in order to present valuable material and information as well as to discover and understand the customer needs 

• Be expert in the assigned markets by gathering and exchanging market data (customers, end users, competition, products) with Customer Service, Sales Team


This is what we expect from you:

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Marketing of comparable markets (Craftsmen, DIY, Trade)
• Very good and convincing communication and collaboration skills for international, cross-functional and external stakeholder and relationship management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish
• General understanding and knowledge of Digital Marketing
• Proven track in Project management
• Analytical, result oriented and data driven
