Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute logistics processes in local warehouses, ensuring on-time delivery.

  • Collaborate with logistics provider to manage inbound and outbound logistics, inventory count, rework, disposal, and value-added services.

  • Monitor and evaluate logistics provider performance, preparing key performance indicators on a cluster level.

  • Handle logistics claims and ensure effective cost control by summarizing invoiced costs.

  • Maintain EPAL accountancy in the BMS tool, monitoring pallets and containers, and initiating corrective actions when necessary.

  • Contribute to the regional logistics expert community, implementing provided guidelines and continuous improvement initiatives at the cluster level.

  • Actively generate and implement ideas for internal process optimization and logistics cost savings, utilizing the First Time Right Methodology.

Job requirements

  • University degree or equivalent knowledge, preferably with a specialization in Supply Chain (APICS certification is a plus).

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics role within a multinational company in a matrix organization.

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills (B2 level or higher), additional German or Romanian is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure, meeting challenging deadlines.

  • Comfortable working in a multicultural and virtual environment.

  • Motivated to collaborate in an international setting, with occasional travel opportunities.

  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
