Learning & Development Coordinator - Working Student

Job description

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives at the regional level. In this role, you will lead the administration and coordination of various development programs and contribute to broader HR projects within Culture, Internal Communication and People Development. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Take ownership of the administration of Learning & Development programs and Learning Management Systems (LMS) across the region Europe 

  • Be the “go to person” for all topics related to training and learning in the LMS, supporting the employees, answering questions and guiding them through the learning journey 

  • Prepare and support the creation of learning materials, including e-learning modules, PowerPoint presentations, handouts, and other training content 

  • Keep things running smoothly by managing participation tracking, handling enquiries, and maintaining interest and attendance lists 

  • Take the lead on L&D reporting and dashboards ensuring that the data is accurate, insightful and actionable  

  • Process and track invoices related to L&D activities 

  • Collaborate with local HR teams and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of programs 

  • Spot opportunities to streamline and digitalize administrative processes in the L&D area 

  • Think out of the box and suggest new ideas about how we could better support our people development 

  • Support the roll-out of broader HR initiatives in areas such as culture, internal communication, and employee engagement, contributing to a vibrant and connected workplace 

Job requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a Degree program such as Organizational Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field 

  • Ideally, you already gained some experience through internship, student job, or volunteering in a larger organization 

  • You communicate confidently in English, in both writing and speaking 

  • You have a passion for Digital tools and love exploring how they can make work smarter and more efficient 

  • You generally enjoy keeping things running smoothly, organizing and administering different tasks in parallel by meeting all deadlines 

  • You are detail-oriented and like delivering your work accurately and in a high quality 

  • You are natural helper, friendly, approachable and always ready to support your colleagues 

  • You are reliable, proactive and excited to make a real impact in a busy people focused environment
