Are you passionate about learning, people development, and digital tools? Would you like to gain hands-on experience in Learning & Development within an international HR environment?

We are looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator Intern to support our European HR team and contribute to impactful learning initiatives across the region.

Your mission

As a Learning & Development Intern, you will support the administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of regional L&D programs. You will work closely with HR colleagues and external partners, gaining exposure to learning platforms, HR projects, and people development initiatives.

What you will do

Learning & Development & Training Administration

· Support the administration of regional L&D programs across Europe

· Manage learning activities in the Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP)

· Track participation, manage attendance lists, and support cost reporting

· Act as a point of contact for employees on learning-related questions

· Support the creation of learning materials (presentations, e-learning content, handouts)

· Prepare L&D reports and dashboards ensuring data accuracy

· Process and track invoices related to training activities

· Collaborate with local HR teams and external learning providers

Culture, Engagement & HR Projects

· Support the rollout of regional development programs and local training initiatives

· Contribute ideas to improve learning processes and digitalization

· Support HR initiatives related to culture, internal communication, and engagement

· Assist with employee surveys and engagement activities

Data & Processes

· Maintain training records in HR systems

· Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR)

Tools you will work with

· Microsoft Office

· Learning Management Systems (LMS)

· Content creation tools (e-learning, presentations)

· Internal communication platform

Job requirements

· Currently enrolled in a university degree (Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or similar)

· First experience in HR, learning, or administration (internship, student job, volunteering) is a plus

· Fluent English (spoken and written)

· Strong interest in learning, people development, and digital tools

· Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

· Proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented mindset

· Reliable and solution-focused attitude
