Key Account Manager ITC Nordics

If yes, you may be our next Key Account Manager for our Nordic MRO partners, in the Industrial Trade & Converting Business Unit.

Your Mission: Grow and elevate our Nordic Key Accounts

This role requires someone who can balance strategic account leadership with hands‑on operational execution.

We expect you to make an early impact — not only by defining plans, but by ensuring they are activated and executed in the Nordic market.

Strategic responsibilities:

Ø  Drive sales growth and profitability of key partners through clear commercial steering

Ø  Translate the European segment strategy into actionable plans at partner level

Ø  Build annual key account plans and secure alignment and follow-through

Ø  Set sales, growth, and profitability targets together with the Sales Manager

Ø  Identify new business opportunities, manage a structured pipeline, and lead commercial projects

Ø  Utilize data-driven insights and market understand to support long-term business development

Operational responsibilities:

Ø  Ensure listings, availability, sufficient stock levels, and optimized POS performance

Ø  Secure flawless execution of campaigns, promotions, and marketing activations

Ø  Conduct regular joint field visits with distributor sales teams

Ø  Maintain strong field presence to drive sell-out and close performance gaps

Ø  Own CRM discipline: Pipeline, reporting quality, and weekly execution

Ø  Align and mobilize internal stakeholders (marketing, technical, supply chain and European colleagues) to support partner needs

Ø  Lead partners and internal teams through influence, trust, and consistent follow-through

Job requirements

What we expect from you

You are a strategic thinker, with a can-do mindset, strong operational discipline and the ability to influence across functions.

The ideal candidate:

Ø  Has 5+ years of sales and/or distributor management experience

Ø  Brings a proven track record in executing plans — not just creating them

Ø  Leads through influence, rather than hierarchy: able to mobilize partners and colleagues

Ø  Is a confident negotiator with strong commercial acumen

Ø  Has a strong digital mindset (incl. Office 365 and CRM fluency)

Ø  Works proactively, independently and with structured follow-up

Ø  Communicates clearly and effectively in one of the Scandinavian languages and English

Ø  Is ready to travel approximately 60 days per year – more during the first 6-12 months
