Job description

We are looking for our Milan office an intern who:

Support the Marketing Manager for the implementation of Trade Marketing and Communication activities to achieve the sales objectives and business targets

Support the Marketing Manager for promoting, expanding and consolidating the tesa brand awareness in the countries

Support the Marketing Manager to plan, organize, monitor and steer all marketing activities in close collaboration with other departments (offline & online)

Create strong and attractive commercial packages (presentations, promotions, argumentations, merchandising etc.) to ensure successful launches in coordination with Marketing Manager.

Develop specific sales and merchandising material in order to achieve standardized execution at Point of Sales (POS)

Ensure in collaboration with Digital Marketing Manager and external agencies the localization and adaptation of offline and online contents.

Support the Marketing Manager for enabling local and European promotions

Support for fair exhibitions and events

Start date: 1st Sept 2024

Place of work: MILAN

Job requirements

Educational qualifications

- University degree (economics, business administration, marketing)

- Marketing experience, if possible, in a similar market preferably in Stationery and Craftsmen environment

- Experience, if possible, in a multinational company with a matrix organization

Basics Microsoft office knowledge ( Excel and PowerPoint above all)

- Basics online / e-commerce knowledge

- Good communication skills –oral & written

- Balance between Helicopter view and Detail-orientation;

- Data driven & analytical skills

- Result oriented

- Good Italian. English and Spanish (at least B2)
