In this role, you will manage portfolio of assigned longtail customers (Focus: effectiveness), increase overall sales for defined C and D customer cluster. Drive engagement on tesaPRO Platform for collaboration with ABCD Customers and ensure migration (longtail) and gather customer insights.



Responsibilities:

• Take ownership for assigned LongTail (> #100 customers) and execute sales strategy accordingly

• Manage entire sales tasks (remote) of assigned customer cluster

• Ensure continuous improvement of effectiveness in customer management by means of tesa PRO

• Onboard customers on tesa PRO

• Act as 1st level tesaPRO support for ABCD customers

• Collect and maintain accurate customer data within the CRM system for assigned customer group

• Leverage tesa PRO platform to deploy new product, secure existing business and to develop new business

• Build and maintain a project pipeline with new opportunities on the tesa CRM system

• Provide proper Lead Management: pre-qualification by phone (based on input from local website / campaigns / trade fairs)

• Work on activities as assigned by the manager

Job requirements

• Professional qualification or experience, in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing Support, or similar professional support field

• 2+ years experience in a multinational company with matrix organization in the field of Sales or Marketing support or Business Operations

• Good understanding of CRM, SAP ERP, Office 365

• Fluent in Czech and English is mandatory

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Solid analytical skill and exceptional attention to detail; strong administration skills

• Very good interpersonal skills, team player

• Advanced computer skills, with an aptitude to learn and support implementation of new systems, tools and procedures

• Strong customer focus with drive for problem solving & process optimization
