Join Our Team as an Inside Sales Specialist!

Are you passionate about driving sales and managing customer relationships in a dynamic environment?

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team to work on the following topics:

Inside Sales:

- Drive engagement on tesaPRO, our customer business platform, onboard customers to it and offer 1st level support

- Lead management through pre-qualification by phone.

Sales Support:

- Support Sales with exceptional communication needs

- Manage and maintain contracts and the bonus pay out in a dedicated tool

- Contribute to cross-RBU best practice sharing

- Ensure compliance with internal processes.

Account Management:

- Take ownership of assigned LongTail customers in North East of Germany and execute sales strategy

- Increase sales and profitability of assigned customers

- Develop and execute activity plans in line with segment strategy

- Identify new opportunities, manage projects, and sales pipeline

- Provide fact-based information to enhance the Marketing mix and technology/product pipeline.

We expect you to be a strong communicator, result-oriented with strong telephone skills and with a strong customer focus. With your natural drive, proactive & structured approach you ensure our partners get the highest level of attention.

The ideal candidate also:

• Is graduated with a technical degree or similar

• Has at least 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative in industrial markets preferable in flexo printing and paper industry

• Has a strong digital mindset and capabilities (incl. Office 365 applications)

• Is fluent in German and additional proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in Polish will be an asset.

Hybrid role, preferred locations : Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony and Thuringia.
