Are you an HR professional looking for a new challenge? Ready to be responsible to end to end HR processes and maintain multiple countries? We have an exciting opportunity for you to expand your horizons and work with an international team. Join our company, act as a first point of contact for employees and line managers located in Czechia, Slovakia and the Baltics in personnel and labor law related questions (appr. 50 FTEs).

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the go-to person for personnel and labor law related questions, providing top-notch support to employees and line managers.

  • Collaborate closely with HR Managers, HRBP, and Center of Excellence to execute agreed actions, processes, and procedures.

  • Keep a vigilant eye on changes in local legislation and labor laws, reporting important developments to your line manager.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resources policies.

  • Take charge of our monthly payroll process and ensure our team is paid accurately and on time.

  • Manage local benefit, insurance, and pension schemes.

  • Get involved in exciting regional projects that will broaden your HR expertise.

  • Manage employee documentation and database in HR systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and GDPR.

  • Take the lead or provide support in managing local disciplinary actions, terminations, and agreements, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.

  • Collaborate closely with the Hiring Manager, Regional TA Manager, and HR Manager to execute the entire recruitment process for various functions. This includes scheduling and participating in job interviews, declining candidates, and preparing and delivering job offers, all in accordance with the company's process flow.

Job requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification (additional HR training is a plus!).

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar HR role, showcasing your expertise in HR administration and people management.

  • Great written and spoken English skills, enabling smooth communication with our international colleagues.

  • A solid understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

  • Proficiency in local labor legislations.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity.

  • Strong multitasking skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • A positive attitude and a knack for building relationships based on trust, inclusion, and respect.
