We are looking for a Digital Project Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing Excellence team and play a pivotal role in modernizing processes, elevating digital capabilities and championing AI-driven improvements across the region.

As our Digital Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Lead and execute digital initiatives across Sales and Marketing, driving impactful process improvements that support business growth

  • Coordinate digital project priorities, ensuring alignment with regional objectives and strategic roadmaps

  • Collect and analyze digitalization demands from Business Units, segments, and enabling functions—turning insights into meaningful, prioritized action

  • Support the implementation of a Hybrid Sales System, partnering closely with project leaders and stakeholders while ensuring effective use of data, AI tools, and digital products

  • Validate and document new initiatives, assessing risks, impacts, resource needs, and cost considerations

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that elevate process efficiency and customer satisfaction

  • Act as a key interface between Sales & Marketing Excellence and Corporate Functions

  • Maintain governance documentation, monitor progress, and prepare roadmap and status updates

  • Support annual budget alignment and tracking activities

Please note, that this is a maternity cover for 1 year with temporary contract.

Job requirements

  • A university degree in Business Administration or equivalent

  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement, project management and operational transformation

  • Proven background in leading transformation initiatives in digital or commercial domains.

  • Strong ability to manage deliverables through indirect teams and collaborate in an international environment

  • A solid understanding of digitization trends within Sales & Marketing

  • Excellent analytical skills combined with numerical accuracy and the ability to translate complex topics into clear messages for senior stakeholders
