Are you a dedicated student with excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are currently seeking a Student Administrative Assistant to join our customer service team. In this role, you will have the chance to support our team by assisting with various administrative tasks while providing excellent service to our customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist with organizing, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the customer service team by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.



Job requirements


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Able to work daily at least for 4 hours per day 
  • English on B1 level or higher
