Job description

Enable a high quality and professional supply planning process in assigned cluster by on time full

execution of supply planning activities. Contribute to the European continuous improvement journey

and participate in European supply planning expert community.

  • Execute the full subcontracting process by creating and monitoring subcontracting
    orders/outbound/inbound, planning and transferring materials, conducting service meetings
    and performing subcontractor inventory count
  • Update cluster safety stock (subcontractors & tier 2 warehouses) following the regional
    inventory policy and reporting
  • Follow up of slow-moving goods (SMOG) cluster process in alignment with the regional
    SMOG platform
  • Perform inventory allocation (tier 2 warehouse level) and shortage management follow-up
    together with business functions
  • Prepare daily inventory allocation reporting and follow up processes for allocating shortage
    items in cluster warehouses
  • Act as key contact point within the cluster for stock availability enquiries
  • Ensure the adherence of the allocation process vs the regional process guidelines
  • Follow up on inventory actions from regional reporting and prepare cluster reports on
    request (e.g., phase in-out inventory)
  • Contribute to the regional supply planning expert community and implement the provided
    guidelines and CIP initiatives on cluster level
  • Actively generate and implement ideas for internal process optimization (First Time Right
    Methodology)
  • Activate cluster continuous improvement (CIP) ad hoc initiatives in relation to the core scope
    processes

Job requirements

  • University degree or equivalent knowledge, with preferred Supply Chain specialization (APICS certification as a plus)
  • 2+ years of experience in a supply planning role within a matrix organized multinational company (OMP+ tool knowledge as a plus)
  • Good written and spoken English skills (B2 level or higher)
  • Project management capabilities
  • Skilled communicator with a focus on stakeholder involvement
  • Strong in analytical and logical thinking
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tough deadlines
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural and virtual environment
  • Motivated to collaborate in an international environment, with the willingness to occasionally travel
