Are you an experienced Account Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a multinational team?


We are one of the world’s leading manufacturers of self-adhesive products for industry, trade, professional craftsmen and consumers. The more than 6500 products developed and produced by tesa are marketed in over 100 countries. We assist our end consumers in their creative everyday activities and help them to ease everyday life. In the automotive, paper printing and electronic segments, we cooperate closely with our customers in the development of manufacturing processes and finished products. As one of the world’s market leaders, our intention is to continue growing in the future. And how do you see your future?


In this role, you will be responsible for the Printing and Packaging Solutions market. Your daily work will be managing, finding and developing current business, managing projects, coordinating collaborations with business creation and engagement, and setting qualitative and quantitative goals. You will pursue tesa product development mostly in Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia Market.



Responsibilities:
• Looks after/manages national A,B & C customers
• Continuous development of project pipe-line quality achieving the set KPIs for Weighted Project Potential and value of WON Projects.
• Manage projects and claims
• Collect and maintain accurate customer\project data within the CRM system
• Negotiate prices and services based on the existing tesa offer
• Deployment of new product launches
• Secures and develops the existing business by providing competent advice to his defined customer base and by identifying new potential applications and the related initiation and implementation of new projects.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Required 2 years of expierience of working in sales in B2B segment
  • Experience with Printing and packaging market
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with international stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English and Russian language, Polish language skills are a plus
  • Driving licence with experience
